Hi, My name is Anneke Keller and I work at Coolblue, a successful and fast growing online retailer. I am responsible for the software development organisation of around 200 engineers. My team is growing very fast, delivers software on top-speed in a creative and innovative environment. We have adopted continuous delivery on all our systems and we follow lean and agile processes.
Besides my daytime job I am also a part-time management coach. At Coolblue, but also in my former jobs at KPN and TomTom I have learned a lot about changing and scaling organisations, about both server-side and embedded software, quality assurance, DevOps, distributed teams and (Cloud)infrastructure. In May 2016 and in April 2017 I was named one of the 50 Most Inspiring Women in Tech in the Netherlands.
